This event is open to the community, and all are welcome to attend. In order to receive a vaccination of any kind, interested participants must register for the wellness clinic through Jewel-Osco.
All flu shots are free of charge, regardless if a patient is insured or uninsured. The Meningitis vaccine is covered by PPO insurance plans, along with Medicaid. Other vaccinations are fully covered for those with PPO insurance plans (BCBS HMO not accepted). PPO, Medicaid, and Medicare B will cover the cost of flu vaccines. If insured, patients must bring their insurance cards.
