Fire safety and prevention in kindergarten was great! Students learned a lot and also got to wear a real fighter fighter hat! Thank you Hillside Fire department for coming out and sharing with us!
The 2nd graders made a model of the Himalaya Mountains. Then we discussed how when the snow melted off the Himalaya mountains it would cause the Indus River to flood. The flooding helped and also hurt the early civilization.

World War II POW/MIA Soldier Returns Home after missing for 82 years. We were honored to participate in the repatriation of WWII Amy PFC Harry Jerele to the Abraham Lincoln Cemetary. PFC Jerele was a resident of Berkely, Il. #bluejayprideD93
